Pros of using an Air Conditioner

Excessive condensation in your home may pose a health risk to all those residing there. In a scientific study titled "Home Mechanical Ventilation In Australia and New " and published in the European Respiratory Journal, there was found to be a direct impact on the  spreading of respiratory disease and the usage or non-usage of home mechanical ventilation.

The buildup of extreme condensation can be checked if your home has got no cold surfaces for it to accumulate. This can be potentially achieved in 2 ways which include Installing extra heating inside the house as well as having surfaces that are very well insulated. However, these two measures will only go to assist in the prevention. Because moisture is being continuously produced by the activities being carried out by the home occupants (breathing, cooking, and washing) condensation becomes unavoidable at some point. The solution may decrease or get rid of the increasing moisture and replacing it with some fresh air coming from outside.

AC duct could be made from galvanized steel, plastic coated wire frames, or fabric. The type of material used to build the ducts depends on the needs of the occupants. Most recently, the most preferred ducts are those made from galvanized steel, as these can resist corrosion. In addition, it is inevitable for the ducts to be dampened with water that is why many always prefer this property. Also the ducts made from the other types are also becoming increasingly popular since some argue that steel ducts are more prone to air leaking, unlike plastic or fabric ducts.

The system includes two vents of air that run parallel to each other. The air in the two tubes flow counter to each other. One of the tubes lets in fresh air while the other is a passage for the stale. The exhaled air tends to be warmer. The system takes advantage of this and the heat from the outgoing air is transferred to the incoming air, which is warmed before being released for circulation in the room. This principle gives the system its name - Heat Recovery Ventilation.
